What's the thing you hate about anime the most?

I mean most of it is great but you know the different styles and features that make the anime so original and it's own genre. There's gotta be one thing among them that everyone is annoyed by.

For me it's: the 'repeating the one characters name that you are being amazed by that what he's/she's doing, over and over again'..and at the same time other characters will repeat him/her's name.

Example: Naruto has been beat down...everything seems to be in the favour of the villain..then suddenly: Naruto's fist bumps into the ground!..he's showing the will to fight and is on his way to stand up again.

Sakura: "Naruto..."

Kakashi: "Naruto!"

Lee: "Naruto-kun"

Shikamaru: "Naruto..."

Tsunade: "Naruto!!!!"

Kanye West: "Naruto.."

the cliche storylines. In a sense, every anime these days are the same. Theres a guy who is humble as heck, likes a girl, theres a equally cute girl who likes him but he only sees her as sister or some sh!t then theres the cool guy who happens to be his rival in someway.

The point in a battle where you can just predict that some sort of dormant power is just going to surface. More or less the same thing as you.

I hate being able to predict what's going to happen next in my entertainment or maybe I've just a little too much anime / manga.

Flashbacks (Naruto, predominately), cliches in the storyline (guy forgets childhood friend/lover from traumatic experience), unnecessary fan service (highschool of the dead/ elfen lied), harems (except School Days), useless characters (Sakura), fail easing during battles (Bleach/ recent Naruto episodes - specifically pein arc), non-consistent drawing style (Again, Naruto), Filler (need I say?), horrible English voice acting, retarded power-ups that take no training but sitting on your as* (Bleach), Idiot female characters who do anything for "bad guys" (Momo, Sakura), and tsunderes.

That anime isn't real and doesn't last forever..I hope naruto keeps going for another 5 years or more..

Not to sound like someone who hate Anime, but Manga comes first allways, just like in dragonball z, in the dbz anime they have so many failures, and miss translation, and think that was not mentioned in the manga, which is incrediple bad, but I still love watching it no doubt, but it is too bad. Naruto Anime also have it's fail and mistranslation, but is far better in the right way than dbz.

Every anime. For example; Hinata. Every anime has that type

The ammount of Flashbacks is annoying, i got to see the flashback with Itachi telling Sasuke that he killed the clan to measure his vessel at least a 1000 times.
