Did not Itachi say that both jutsu can cause the sight of the user? Well if so only an Edo can use it like Itachi because only an Edo would be repair the damage.

I dont know why some you think Uchiha's need Senju DNA.

Fact any non Uchiha using sharingan will die from sheer use. Example Kakashi . Danzo needed Senju DNA to heal himself so he could use the eye jutsu's and not die, he wasn't afraid to lose the light of an eye cuz he had like 20.

Itachi will not need senju dna to preform this tech. and edo will probably regenerate his eye's

IMHO Sasuke will never possess that power. he has no replacement eyes anymore he is the only living Uchiha. even if did gain the ability he wont use it unless he is assured he is either killing Naruto or destroying the Leaf. And we all know even if it does happen it wont really happen because Naruto wont die and the leaf will be rebuilt in a episode or two. Sasuke will be blind and Naruto will be angry and still want to give him a hug.

When he said it has been prepared I think he had to catch Kabuto with the eye contact to begin the technique. Which explains why they showed his eye in it's own panel after Kabuto stabbed at him.

And I believe the technique will literally allow Itachi to decide Kabuto's fate. With Izanagi it can change one's destiny, an example being Danzo's ability to avoid death whenever he sustained a fatal wound. Now Izanami decides one's destiny. So what i'm thinking is that whatever Itachi wishes to be done to Kabuto, it will be done. Lol :scorps: Death to Kabuto!

Are you happy about that, cause it's crap, and byakugan is still my favorite, I do have a feeling that kishi is going to show some more on the byakugan soon though cause he keeps talking about the other two so it wouldn't suprise me to much!

I've been wanting that since the war began, I've felt for sometime now that the Byakugan is consistently out shinned by the other 2 of the 3 great doujutsu.

Ao said during the Kage summit that it was his Byakugan that broke through KA when he encountered Shisui which is why he recognized what Danzo was doing.

Considering what we know about KA what Ao has claimed is quite the feat, and it's about time Kishi shows the Byakugan some love.

I was hoping maybe we would see Hiashi or Neji fight his Edo Father thinking it would be the perfect opportunity to showcase this clans abilities but looks like that was wishful thinking at this point.

Hmmm... I think that, the user can summon something from the realm of his imagination, and generate it in reality. Generate genjutsu that affect the material body... Genjutsu that are material and become reality, simular to the "Kurama Clan" ability, only that "Kurama clan" is not cannon U_U

So, basically, Itachi would be able to create anything, and warp reality, such as removing Kabuto's abilities, make him break the edo tensei or even make him dance like a balarina... U_U

itachi should use it to undo what he done in the past with killing the uchiha clan or use it to bring all the people, kabuto has under control, back to life.

For people who is all kinds of confused of what's going on right now. I'm not kishi but like some people I actually have a brain xd. Izanami obviously the counterpart of izanagi.

Itachi never used it before because he never had a opportunity to and the fact that its too extreme.

Tobi is not real, never was a real person who existed in naruto. He is a zetsu who is upgraded with sharingans. That's why he could use the izanagi because everryone knows that's zetzus are made from a senjus dna. Which explains why he got hit by minato rasengan and his arm melted off like hot paste.

The whole reason why jutsu like izanami and izanagi are forbidden is because they contain dna from the body. Uchihas= eyes Senjus= body they are rivals and also the descendants from rikodou. The fact they lose one of there eyes is just a small parft of why it is forbidden.

Another thing; Does it require Senju DNA? We know that it is Izanagi pair, and Izanagi requires Senju DNA. Would it be therefore logical to assume Izanami also requires both Uchiha and Senju DNA?

we've only seen non uchihas use it (danzo and most likely tobi because they search for eyes while other uchihas can benefit from the senju dna it's not necessary; izanami is probably gonna beat kabuto in like a second xd

tbh im not sure. Danzo said that he needed hashirama dna to increase the time of izanagi, but tobi said to use izanagi you need hashirama's dna and danzo had it.

But itachi obviously doesnt have hahsirama's dna, at least i hope not.
Anyway this chapter has clearly gotten minato/jiraiya fanboys upset and are probably cursing kishi and claiming this chapter to be blasphemous.

Atleast kishi has basically put the vs thread concerning itachi vs minato to rest, imo. Thank you kishi :izuna:

where the **** are you getting this, tobi said danzo was using the 1st cells to maintain using so many sharingan without being uchiha
not to perform izanagi. He also said the only way to maintain ones eyesight is to have true sosp abilities. This is why he lost an eye fighting konan, because he didn't have nagato's eye yet

so IZANAMI and IZANAGI are oposite.back to naruto we know that izanagi turn genjutsu into reality. but izanami its oposite turn reality into genjutsu .So itachi will cast a kind of tsukuriomy in reality .izanami its a tsukuriomi in real world (itachi has the power to change reality)

I believe you dont need hashirama's dna so to speak but the will of fire will allow a sharigan uer to use either if they dont have the dna of the person who started the will of fire



Will power?, somehwat. Danzo did have intention of protecting konoha, but no he didnt have the will of fire. Anyway for all you know you dont need hashirama's dna for izanami at all. Also im rather suspicious that an uchiha forbidden technique requires senju dna.

Another theory would be that people with shairgans but ARE NOT uchiha's need senju dna for either izanagi and izanami. That would explain danzo, but might also hint that tobi isnt an uchiha

I honestly don't understand why people are complaining about Kishi turning up the "hacks" by giving some characters more power. What did you expect? The entire story has been leading up to all of this, it's supposed to end like this, or it would just be, well, underwhelming.

I love the manga, but damn, would I love to see all of these fights in the future anime versions.

=)) lol only for non uchiha need hashirama's dna + sharingan to cast izanagi (danzo is not uchiha or senju) its thure that senju cells boost the sharing and Ms like shinshui eye cooldown but uchiha can do izanagi and izanami without senju cells but instead they lose eyes light (since itachi itz edo dont lose anithing) So for a non uchiha to do izanagi and izanami need senju cells and sharingan and uchiha need at least sharingan

itachi said that izanagi change desteny that mean if u supposed to be dead and u use izanagi so u will be back to live right?

izanami can decide the destiny that mean izanami is stronger bacause no metter in what position u are when ur opponent use izanami he have controll over battle.

another thing is that tobi said that rikudo sannin use the izanagi to create stuff threw imagination just like a real life genjutsu

maby izanami can change the environment?!?!? idk i will just wait to the next chapter

Many most people wouldn't know why Kishimoto do these things. Izanagi is one of the seven gods that were created during the beginning of Japan. Izanami was his sister and spouse(correct me if I am wrong) so therefore they are usually both paired if anyone of the names are present.

You have to understand that unless you know some of the culture of Japan, you will just deem some of the jutsu's being used as "fake" or "just for fanboys".

Everything means something, unlike other bullshit anime's/manga's.
