Kabuto will have layers upon layers of defenses and back up plans. This body he's been using probably isn't even his real body, he may be using the corpse takeover/clone technique or w/e it's called. He seems to have no fear, surely he would be slightly afraid if he was in his true body considering his opponents.

Itachi might destroy this body or something else with izanami but Kabuto will survive IMO.

He isn't afraid because he knows that they won't kill him as long as the Edo Tensei is still activated, otherwise he'd be sweating bricks by now.

Kabuto is an idiot His record speaks for Himself always underestimating His opponents, Every Kabuto lost is credited by His under estimation of His opponents.

Perhaps you are right, but for the sake of argument... IF Kabuto utilized his skills to the fullest and used all the tools in his toolkit he would be using corpse takeover technique and this big izanami unveiling and all the efforts of the brothers would be for naught. We will see tho how far Kabuto has truly progressed, and if he's still making his same old mistakes.
