That isn't proof Tobi lies all the time omg you don't think that really proves anything really?Another thing about Tobi hes using Edos,Nagatos Rinnegan and probably Hashirama DNA so hes abusing other peoples powers.....until i see Nagato Rinnegan being given to him by Tobi i will stay sceptical thats always a good idea.

Only if you're smart enough or fast enough can you touch him. Nagato hasn't shown either. He's powerful, but his sheer strength isn't enough to touch Tobi. He'd just walk through Shira tensei, grab his throat and warp him to the next dimension.

tobi none of nagato's attacks can touch the guy.
I'll go further here:
nagato is simply out matched, tobi even without his tailed beasts can simply come from behind, underground and just take nagato's soul out, or deal him a final blow with his weapon or absorb him seeing tobi has the speed advantage over nagato as well.
nagato is clearly outmatched he cant land a solid hit easily while tobi has many more options sorry tobi wins this with some diffuculty
