Does that make. Jiraya = minato?

Cause in my opninion, minato is a slight bit stronger than them

I say Jiraiya is stronger than Minato and Itachi because of experience. However, that would be false. Each ninja is skilled and unique in their own way. Battles can't be simplified by logic or agreed upon because everyone have their own opinion.
