i agree with this to a certain extent i still dont really like debating on minato because we have barely seen his arsenal and techniques.

Er no. Jiraiya is weakest there.
Simple really, in terms of power, from what we have seen he is second strongest behind itachi and infront of minato. In terms of intelligence and skills, he is behind itachi and minato, who is behind itachi himself.

Minato =/> Jiraiya

I say Jiraiya is stronger than Minato and Itachi because of experience. However, that would be false. Each ninja is skilled and unique in their own way. Battles can't be simplified by logic or agreed upon because everyone have their own opinion.
