to anyone whos kept up with all the action into the latest manga goes a question. i cant seem to figure out why Kishimoto has killed off so many popular characters recently, it seems as if there droppin like flies in the the past couple arcs. Anyway to keep a good story going you gotta have the plot go somewhere right?... an nobody likes filler! my question is where do you view the story going from here? i mean is Kishimoto tryin to round this off and move on to something new, i know this story cant live forever. i'd love to see a time skip to where naruto is like 25 and a shoe in for hokage; assuming tsunade dies or relinquishes her throne.

anyway i'd love to here some of your thoughts on the recent events of the manga.

It seems to me like he's trying to make the story drag out longer than it should.

I kinda want to know how it's gonna end, it's a great manga and all, but it's gone on too long for the type of story it is...

I hate thinking about the end, but it DOES have to end sometime. I think Kishi's going to end it with a few loose ends in case he feels like writing a one shot every now and then. Maybe even continue the story with some new enemies (after taking a good long break).

Atm, with the story's current path, I don't see this manga reaching chaper 500.

EDIT: Also... the more side characters that die, the less likely Naruto will die in the end.. imo

Cause if nobody died and it was like only action, with no story, no tragedy, little humour, then it would turn into bleach, and Bleach is absulutely ***** I think.

I like that they are killing the big characters cause it add's LOTS of tension which I think is like better than action cause tension tends to exite people alot.

he had to do it for naruto to have start standing on his own and not relieing on these people to save him. to make things short all of this will make him stronger. and if u remember know one died beside the 3rd in the first part of naruto so it was bound to happen :headband: RIP :asuma: :itachi: Jiryia and maybe :kakashi:

well I like long stories, you can spend more time on them(I like the REALLY long novels as well, you know the like 5000 page ones)

I'm also annoyed at lengthening everything... and now he suddenly kills everyone!

But I don't want either Naruto or Sasuke to die. I wouldn't mind about Karin, Ino or Ten Ten, though

everything is going on as it should be.kishi is a good writer and he knows how to play with naruto's fans fealings.in his interview he said that he has made up his mind how to finish the manga and he's going step by step to this ending.I am sure this manga will have a great ending!

i am disappointed too when mah fave characters die. but people do die and things do have endings.

I think what Kishi is trying to tell us is passing the "Will of Fire" to the next generation. Hence, he's been killing off awesome people like Jiraaya, third hokage etc. They need to die for the new generation to grow and be in the limelight.

Yeah! what happened to him? he became insane, really, come on, how unlogic how naruto has turned, and shippuuden was merly crap so far, there was even advertisement in the episodes!!!!
