I agree that this is kinda.... odd. Though you have to remember, Rasengan is not an elemental jutsu so anyone CAN learn it with enough control. The problem is it needs a lot of control. Kono seems like a less likely candidate than Naruto imo but he could learn it. We know Naruto taught him but we don't know when or how long it took.

by the looks of it i think naruto taught him right before the time skip because it showed old naruto with his old clothes when he was talking about hokage...and that stuff....

Something is fishy though... why is there only ONE spoiler pic this week? Could it be that someone just edited RASENGAN! text onto a manga scanning, and then printed it out on dark paper?

Could the rasengan part be a troll is what I'm wondering? Usually we have like 10 different pics...
