bahh.. I will give some arguments.

1. Madara is the most experienced shinobi, the most experienced in Sharingan and in Rinnegan.
2. Tobi is not skilled enough in Rinnegan to even match up with madara( Who was the first to get it ).
3. Also even 7 tailed beasts couldn't do shit against meteor rain..
4. Madara is extremely fast shinobi ( Alot faster than sage kabuto or shit.. )
5. Also madara has amaterasu, susanoo which would own the tailed beasts..
6. Madara has Izanagi, and he can use it without loosing eye sights.
7. Madara can use all rinnegan abilities that Nagato showd us, we didnt saw that becoues he's toying with kages.. Not trying to kill them >D..
8. Madara and Tobi know each other + Madara knows nagato, so It means that Madara was the one who gave them both rinnegan and knowlage about it..

And yes by the way, Madara really was the one who gave Nagato the rinnegan, for the technique to Revive him and Tobi was descent to Lead nagato akatsuki way to make sure nagato uses that technique on madara.

Anyway Tobi < Madara.. Madara IS THE strongest shinobi based on Manga that is NOW. And yes you could call me a fanboy but I'm just saying whats obvious.

LOL at the people saying Tobi is better with the Rinnegan than Nagato........You don't just get the eyes and suddenly know how to use all its abilities. It takes practice. And Nagato had 30 years of it....

Hashirama and Izuna were good descents ago.. But now Madara is 3 times stronger than Hashirama and 10 times stronger than Izuna.. Izuna was equal with madara when they both had only MS.. and Hashirama barely defeated ( and ofcourse not even killed ) madara when he had only EMS, but with Rinnegan.. Madara wouldn't even use Mokuton on Hashirama since he has his Rinnegan out.. And yes forgot about tobi > madara.. Just get that out of your hed allready

Tbh nobody can really say nagato is better with the rennigan than Tobi.
Simple really, jiraiya had sm for 30 years or so and couldnt master it. Naruto did in a month.

Kakashi and jiraiya both knew of rasengan for quiet some time and couldnt fuse their nature chakra into it, yet naruto did.

Itachi has the ms for about 8 years and hasnt demonstrated the ability to mold it around susano. Yet sasuke has.

It took lee great time and effort to achieve his speed, yet sasuke did within a weak.

What im basically saying is that there are certain scenario's that the argument for experience holds little. Also look at madara. In his short time he has shown us the ability to absorb 2 op techniques in rs and dust release. He has also shown us to use banshou tennin to pull a meteor. Nagato's pulled a little rock.

Similarly he has shown us the ability to use mokouton with little effort as if he already had this ability. From wood clones, mokotuon jukai kotan, mokouton kajukai korin. To add insult to injury, techniques that yamato whom has more experience with mokouton hasnt demonstrated

Madara has Eternal Mangekyo sharingan.

Tobi second eye - Rinnegan..
Madara has Rinnegan also + hes more skillfull in it .

Okay guys guys.. If you say TOBI > MADARA.. Tell me how tobi will deal with IZANAGI, METEORITES, EMS, RINNEGAN, MOKUTON. And then I'm out of here

Kabuto is even weaker than Naruto, but stronger than sasuke, so don't even tell the Kabuto > madara, hes slower, weeker and not experienced at all compared to madara, + EMs and rinnegan would kick his ass for good.
