in my opinion i think for Naruto all the raikage has to do is grab him..use Liger Bomb and for Madara well that another story

It doesnt make much difference if Raikage has one arm in the fight, the fact is Madara is up against the 5 shinobi voted strongest in their village, and he is pissing in their faces. And now that I think about it, if you take away the Tsuchikage, the Raikage wouldn't be able to break through Madara's Susanoo, so Madara wins right there.
