You have to pain through the boring parts, but I would have to say it reminds me very much of Naruto, especially the whole never give up theme and always fight for your friends or 'nakama' One piece touches your heart very significantly ( just like naruto ) except naruto is much more interesting, and keeps you pulled in at all times.
