kishi error in manga 420

I know its been a long time since manga 420,
but i just noticed something, and i guess this is kishi's error,(cus in the picture above it he have a different headband)

any way i saw pain with konoha headband
(right picture last row)

Kishi doesn't put his rough drafts into the Jump magazine -_- and it's different because different people will always give different translations, but Kishi's manga in the original Japanese magazine if the final draft, complete with Kishi's original wording
