The 3 others obviously got knocked out leaving just chouji, chouza and kakashi to fight, but there are others injured there, hence why tsunade said "them"
also when chouhi asked about kakashi, she went silent!
she also has a shocked and face, and then upset face when the slug tells her about kakashis condition.
she is a legendary healer, the only thing she cannot heal is old fashioned death, if she can heal everything else (which she can) thered be no need in this theatrical facial expressions of shock, anger and sadness.
If he is alive then i dont know why tsunade is pulling faces about kakashis condition, maybe shes constipated, who knows.

I think Kishi would have told us right out that Kakashi was dead there. I think he's saving up some sort of grand return for him. I guarantee you there will be more to come with Kakashi.
if someone close to me broke their arm i'd probably be visibly upset about it even though i know it'll heal. if a friend were in a car accident and put in a coma i'd be visibly upset about that too. i wouldn't be satisfied thinking, "well, at least they aren't dead.". kakashi and Lady-T are close, she knows how important he is to the village and she knows he's beat up pretty bad and might not make it. i'm just saying there's still hope and just because tsunade was obviously upset at kakashi's condition it doesn't mean he's dead.
what evidence? tsunade's silence? the fact that she looked sad/upset/pissed that a close friend of hers is hurt bad, knocked out, comatose, maybe damage beyond her repair? until they bury kakashi's body i'm holding out hope that he'll come back to us. and damn kishi for being so freakin vague all that damn time!!! lol "them", "they" and the silence that spoke volumes but didn't really answer any questions.... he does this to us all the time!!! so now we're all waiting eagerly to read the results of like 15 different happenings that kishi started and left dangling in front of us like bait on a hook.

good points, however the seriousness of her face suggests more than "oh my, kakashis beaten up bad, i feel so sorry even though itl heal"
Its serious, i reckon peoples theory of him willing himself to life or his dad giving him energy is the most likely outcome and he wont die, but i do hand on heart believe that right now, his heart has stopped.
She'd have those expressions because Kakashi is in bad shape. They're in a time of immediate danger and constant battle. If Kakashi was dead Tsunade would've told Chouji so that he wouldn't bother with that trip and instead tried to help the others. Instead she just said "...hurry" which means that his life at least hangs in the balance.
Her look of startlement could be coming from the amount of chakra she has to use toward kakashi. There almost seemed to be an upsurge of chakra above her after that stressed her and she even walked out of the circle. The fact that her city had been reduced to that made her angry and the fact that Kakashi fell would also compound it. But two things are missing for Kakashi to be dead:
1. Tsunade's own acknowledgement (she'd atleast think it). She hasn't even said his name. She just said she had her slugs taking care of just about everyone now (which would include Kakashi if you could consider him the last).
2. Her not telling Chouji to waste time getting Kakashi to the hospital during their time of ongoing village attacks.
You are right that there were others that joined Kakashi against Pein though (6). They just didn't last very long.
