Jane: Let's do this sensei

*Pops out chart and a stick and starts chanting*

Ninjas. They are what we are. It is the main occupation. Ninjas bring income through jobs which the village required. These ranged from D-rank to Super Secret S-rank Missions. Ninjas often fight each other using their unique or universal techniques. Many Ninjas have there own specific roles and responsibilities.

Chakra. This is a type of energy source we rely on during fights. All our techniques we use during a battle consumes chakra. This is inside us. It is like a flowing source of energy in which runs through our system. Only people like us sensei, Hyuga family, can see this chakra inside a person, using our lovely Byakugan. Sharingan may also see chakra around in the atmosphere, however not as much as we can. Chakra can also be manipulated in to elements.

Ninjutsu. These are the techniques we use that consume our chakra reserve. Through shape manipulation, new techniques were evolved and came about. There are 3 types of ninjutsu. Offensive, Defensive, and Supplementary. Each with their own pros and cons.

Elemental Ninjutsu. These are Advanced ninjutsu. These are normal ninjutsu, but added with spice. The spice being a type of elemental chakra. This increases the strength and usefulness of the technique, however, it also gives a technique a weakness to the corresponding element.

Taijutsu. This is straight hand-to-hand combat. This is completely physical and contact. The majority of the techniques don't require chakra to use but some techniques release chakra to enhance the strength (EIG).

Genjutsu. This is illusionary arts. The user will inject chakra in to a targets chakra system and disrupt it. Through disrupting a target's chakra the user can create illusions such as the target seeing butterflies while in actual reality it is paper bombs. Genjutsu can be broken by either causing enough pain to the body to snap out of it. Or having another person interrupt by injecting their chakra.

*Jane wipes his forehead from the sweat of his presentation and takes a cookie*

Jane: Sensei, just a few questions. First, what would happen if 2 ninjas performed a genjutsu on 1 target. Would the clash result in nothing? Would they cancel each other out? Another question is, can we see through our own chakra system and can we disturb our own chakra network to kick out of genjutsu?

Good but i need to add some things ^^

Ninja: in the most simplest of forms a Ninja is someone that fights for their beliefs with all of their skill and power. Fighting isn't to be taken as literally fighting. A Nurse or Medic in a war zone doesn't stop being a Ninja while he is tending to wounds and injuries on his fellow man. A Ninja is anyone who will use his skills to accomplish a given set of objectives within their beliefs. Its true that most are fighters but not all are. And sometimes the ones that aren't are actually the more important ones.

Chakra: is the combination that ocurrs passively of both Spiritual and Physical energies. Its as you said, our life source...of sorts ^^

Ninjutsu: it envolves shape manipulation (giving your chakra form) and nature manipulation (giving your chakra characteristics and nature).

Now, Genjutsu or illusionary arts, are techniques in which you can (or not) use your chakra through hand seals (or not) to influence your opponents chakra flow in order to make him experience illusions. These can vary in effect but all illusions are based around the basic 5 senses: taste, vision, hearing, touch and smell. The most powerful genjtusu generally affect more than one sense at a time. The damage a Genjutsu does comes from the strain the illusion does on the opponents body and not from any actual physical damage. For example., you can make your opponent feel pain as if his leg was cut of but his leg will still be there unaffected.

With me so far?

Cool! Now, face my clone *makes clone* and try to insert your chakra into him to manipulate his senses by disturbing his chakra flow, making him see a wall in front of him ^^

I stand in front of your clone. I then quickly take 3 breaths as I clear my mind of all possible distractions. I start to concentrate on my chakra flow as well as your clones. Without using my Byakugan, I start to manipulate my chakra to flow from my body...I keep controlling it until it hits your clone. I then inject my flowing chakra in to your clone as I manipulate my chakra further to enter the clones occipital lobe. When my chakra reaches the back of the clones brain, I begin to visualize a brick wall in my mind. As I'm visualizing the wall, I use my chakra to cause the clone to start to see the brick wall in front of it hoping my illusion worked

*the clones are unaffected*

Well, you are doing everything right except one thing: you need to disturb the chakra flow of your opponent. Make sure your chakra disturbs his in a way that i can make him visualize the wall. ^^ Almost there though, i think he saw a pebble.

By disturbing his chakra flow, I can slightly manipulate the sense(s) that my chakra is "infecting" so that my chakra disturbance will cause the clone to start to see the brick wall in front of it hoping my illusion worked

EXCELLENT!!

(Genjutsu: Kokohin) - Illusion Technique: False surrounding
Rank: D
Type:Supplementary
Range:Short
Chakra Cost:10(+5 if you use it double)
Damage Points:N/A
Description: The user controls creates a false surrounding which can change the way an object or small area looks(if used double then its a layer of false surroundings not easy noticed by the enemy).

You've learned your first Genjutsu ^^

Now, although this one is quite simple, its also of the most significant importance. Can you tell me why? ^^

:shy: I can't think of an answer to that one...lol, I've been racking my brains and looking at previous Gen training and still can't think of one....:shy:

It basically makes you able to make your enemy see anything you wish for. He can see a normal ground in front of him while there are spikes coming from it for example.

Now, can you answer that question now? ^^

Well, if it can make your enemy see anything you want, what do you think are its advantages and best uses?
Aah that's sounds better:)

To cause the ground to appear normal, and then using something like earth spikes.

So basically, the best uses would be to create a stable environment that would suit a following technique

Erm...the right way would be to mask your use of a technique with a normal "vision" making so that your opponent can't see the attack and thus is unable to counter it.

got it now?

Now, answer me the following:

-How can you dispel or release from a Genjutsu? Why?

-How long do you think a Genjutsu lasts?

-Can you cast a Genjutsu on yourself? Why?
You can dispel/release from a genjutsu by either, receiving enough pain to break through it to kick you out of (I'm not sure why the pain one works). Or another person (Not effected by the gen) can inject their chakra in to your system. (The person that injects their chakra will disrupt the opponents chakra flowing in your system and purge your system)

I think the time a genjutsu varies upon the genjutsu itself and the user's chakra limit and physical capabilities. Such as Itachi Tsukyomi, he can change the time limit according to his fancy, however he has low chakra so he doesn't push himself.

I don't think it's possible...Since a genjutsu is based on disturbing chakra flow with a foreign chakra...am I right?
