I would use this the same way as i would use the first technique, but this one works better if my opponent is in Mid air, it would be hard for him to evade, and it would attach to my opponent and then explode.

It was successsfully stopped by Yamato and Naruto's Typhoon water vortex.
I would use this as a defence against a very strong water attack, even if its used only for offense, and i would also use it if i have time to create both jutsus need to perform it.
