You're not getting it.

Naruto can use Talk no Jutsu all he wants. That's not the same thing as Sasuke earning everybody's trust.
At best, that's Naruto talking everybody into leaving Sasuke alone. Do you really think Sasuke's pride is going to let that sit?

Sins against Konoha specifically:
Sasuke abandoned Konoha, Endangered friends during his escape, Attacked Kumo (when he attacked B), attacked the Kages (and ineffect the entire ninja world), and killed Danzo.

Danzo's death was probably a good thing, so... we can ignore that one, but everything else.... probably not.

This isn't even getting into his abadonment of Juugo, Karin, and Suigetsu.

Kakkashi still thinks he's gotta kill Sasuke for the good of Team 7. Talk no Jutsu might stay his hand, but he's never going to trust Sasuke again.

No trust in the ninja world means D rank missions if he's lucky, isolation, and a slow lingering existence.

Why would he do missions for a nation he's above that now, like the rest of the OP characters. I'm sure he doesn't need a lot of friends if Naruto sides with him the rest are most likely to follow.

My thoughts: Sasuke will end up making some kind of ultimate sacrifice, maybe his life mybe not, but most likey that + naruto's talk no jutsu will get sasuke forgiven.

after all, this is a manga lol, people's trust isnt that hard to win over XD

Remember when Itachi said Sasuke was like a blank canvas, pure? I see his canvas as being mostly white with some blotted black spots on it. But guess what? Those black spots are fading before our very eyes! Oh it's true, it's damn true!

Most likely, Itachi fighting with Sasuke here will return Sasukes thought back towards Konoha, and Naruto... Itachi will probably 'shame' Sasuke into seeing that Naruto has been the brother that Itachi was supposed to be, and tell Sasuke to honor him as such... Sasuke will once again be on Konoha's side...

The twist isn't Kabuto ... It's Itachi's eyes...

IMO: Tobi placed some sort of seal or binding jutsu on Itachi's eyes before they were transplanted..
I mean cmon, he's giving the guy EMS ...
Tobi is a careful tactician and always tries to see ahead... He Must have foreseen the possibility of Sasuke switching sides again (being the emotional train wreck he is). And So most likely has this as a contingency plan... Also it makes for a good way to bind Sasuke to the Gedo ..

So yeah, once Sasuke and Naruto team up, Tobi would release the seal (or whatever it is) and be in control again... Forcing Naruto to fight Sasuke ...

Not a chance. Nothing that happened thus far should have any effect on Sasuke's feelings towards Konoha. If Itachi can shed a new light on the Uchiha massacre, maybe, but I doubt that will happen.

Sasuke was never "evil" in the sense that Tobi, Orochimaru, Madara, Kabuto, etc. are. He is an angry hurt overpowered teenager, and acts like one... He wants to destroy Konoha in revenge for betraying his brother and his clan. The fight with Kabuto will not change that.

That's certainly a possibility. as it's clear that Tobi wants Sasuke to gain as much power as he can, while still being under his control. As the last living Uchiha (Tobi probably has an artificially created body), Sasuke's body and soal is critical to Tobi's resurrection of the sage.

I think that Kishimoto said somwhere that Sasuke would be the last villain Naruto will fight. If so, it would have to happen after Tobi is defeated.
