Look at the very bottom towards the right side. It says: "Ichigo and Urahara attack the enemy" which should mean Urahara is going. I think he would want to go because he might want to learn about the enemy. Please show us some epic moves Kubo.

Also, do you really believe Uryu? Maybe he is telling the truth or maybe he knows more than he is letting on.

exactly what i thought but i think he was just not trying and let ichigo pass him. Kubo just said that he never used to go all out to cover up for this lol but w/e he is the vice captain to old man yama he is supposed to be strong

Tbh, I don't really wanna see another infiltration because it's already happened once. I just wanna see Ichigo get into some action!

He may be at captain class with his bankai only! Seeing that his bankai was probably sealed during that battle what could he have done? Also consider that he probably has less experience than the others, due to not getting into fights, everyone else would have improved while he stayed the same or maybe worsened.

Well Ichigo had the advantage of the surprise, because they never thought he could be that strong/quick.

I guess his bankai was hinted at during the zanpakuto rebellion filler arc. Soifon said Sakakibe's zanpakuto was captain class so I'd say Kubo had some kind of involvement with that filler :|
