Jiraya and Minato will win with Mid Difficulty.

Samehada can not absorb natural energy as it is an living creature. its difficult for Kisame to even touch Minato. Itachi was already afraid of going against Jiraya alone so now Minato is also with him.

Itachi know a lot about Jiraiya and in the same way, Jiraiya also knows a lot about Itachi which can be passed to Minato.

So Jiraiya with unlimited chakra supply, great ninjutsus and a very stronger genjutsu than tsukuyomi plus aid of Minato with his seals, FTG, Rasengan. That's it and the game is over for Akatsuki duo.
