What happened to the 4th Kazekage battle, we see Kabuto, 3th Raikage, 2nd Mizukage, Muu... Is Kishimoto forgot 4th Kaze ?

Well he kind of has use of the gold sand/dust.

When fighting the Mizukage (specifically Jokey Boy), Gaara mixed in the gold sand/dust that was still on the surface from his fight with his Dad.

Whether or not he can use gold dust anywhere is a different story. I am going to assume that he cannot "summon" gold dust out of the ground anywhere like he can sand.

Where we see that ?
I do not remember where.

He carried it with him in his sand. Whether or not he can actually control it with magnetic release,is still unknown.
