so ive seen so many R.I.P threads and news related articles about the teenage boy who got shot by a white guy doing cumminty service. All im here to do is hear your side and what it thinks while at the same time give you some info you didnt here by the news

This is a tough case and the real truth will always never be know, i think the shooter should face some time but the state laws may make that difficult in this instance this is a case where justice will never be fully served. That whole picture is bullshit. So many holes on both sides of the story. This whole case shouldn't be on NB. No one really knows anything about It, everyone is posting what they THINK happened, It's everywhere and It's irritating.

Wait until the facts come out, Instead of relying on propaganda and pictures. I feel sad that this happened don't get me wrong, but this shit happens all the time to be honest, the only reason people care is because It's so publicized. Happens with everything else that is a "tragedy" not trying to dumb It down, and regardless he shot a kid. No matter if the kid attacked him or not.

The picture of the kid sticking up the middle finger isn't even trayvon martin. That's how biased the news system is. Trying to destroy his character and reputation.

You point out these facts that Martin had a height advantage, and youth advantage over Zimmerman. All these advantages, but Zimmerman had a gun. Guns>>>
He Followed Tayvon because he was suspicious for being black and wearing a hoodie (while it was raining).

As a black man, if someone randomly approached me with a gun, threatening me, and asking what I"m doing in a neighborhood where my mom lives I'd feel uncomfortable as well. and Martin actually had the right to fight back. Anybody being threatened does.

There are no two sides to this story. Zimmerman approached the situation in a horrible way, even when the dispatcher told him not to. He approached and attacked Martin without reason. They have audio evidence.

1.) If you are gonna post a thread like this, yet can't handle someone's opinion then you probably should just leave.

Tbh this is nonsense, brining height into it clearly trying to pull something off but i dont buy such poor argument. Same goes for the rest of their physical features. The only thing i do buy is the fact that the person who shot him suffers from asthma as that could lead to a couple of things.

Anyway i dont know the case in through and through and i dobut you do or anybody.
Only the guy who shot him and the victim truly knows what really happened. What i do want is these gun laws to be reassessed because there are positives to having a gun licence but the negatives far outweighs the positive.

Now the real matter is whether the guy who shot him deserves to go to jail and tbh this is a tough one. He acted in relation to the law and didnt break any laws.
He was neighbourhood watch.
He had a gun licence
According to him his life was threatened.

All he did was within the law and i hate to say it because as a fellow black person im very saddened by what has happened but if he did act within the law he shouldnt be punished. The law has to change

My opinion on this case is that both sides were wrong. Wrong about what exactly? In a situation like that no one should have died. I can't say much because nobody knows exactly what happened. But from what I heard Zimmerman shouldn't have used the gun, even if it was for self defense. I even heard that he wasn't suppose to carry a gun, sorry if I'm wrong. And if Tryvon just attacked the person because he had a gun and was following him then he shouldn't have punched the dude, again, sorry if I'm wrong. If I was Tryvon I would have either ran away or ignore the dude. And from what I was told Zimmerman was told not to pursue Tryvon, so... Sorry if I'm wrong about anything, I heard so many different things.

Just read through the call Zimmerman made to the police and the call Treyvon had with the girl he was talking to. It paints a pretty clear situation of the events leading up to this.

As for the physical comparisons, I would say it favors Zimmerman. 6''3 160lbs is incredibly lanky. He's not going to have much muscle at that height and weight. Treyvon was 11 years younger, but that doesn't mean he had the advantage of youth. 28 isn't old by any stretch of the imagination. That's generally the age that athletes are in their prime.

As for Zimmerman being a Captain of the Neighborhood Watch, that's purely false. He's not a member of any officially recognized neighborhood watch and the actions he took go against everything official neighborhood watches teach.
