Can the Original Akatsuki beat Itachi, Sasuke, Tobi, and Madara?

Legendary Uchiha:
-Itachi is alive and at full health
-Sasuke is in his current form
-Tobi is in his current form
-Madara is in his current, very overpowered, Edo form

Original Akatsuki:
-Deidara is alive
-Sasori is alive
-Hidan is alive
-Kakuzu is alive
-Nagato is using the Six Paths of Pain. Nagato himself is cripped and hiding somewhere nearby
-Konan is alive
-Both Zetsus are alive
-Kisame is alive and has Samehada
-Orochimaru (a mediocre replacement for Itachi), is alive and at full health

Everyone starts out in their base forms

Location: In and around the Kumogakure Giant Turtle Island

Restrictions:
-Tobi cannot use his Jinchuriki Paths, the Tailed Beats themselves, or the Gedo Mazo
-Madara cannot use his Giant Meteors
-Deidara cannot use C4 or C0
-Orochimaru cannot use Edo Tensei

Who would win this epic battle?

Well I'm going to have to go with the Uchiha's. Superior intellect and overwhelming power (... and some HAX xd).

The final Akatsuki standing will be the 6 paths and Kisame - they will be troublesome to deal with, especially Pein.

i think the original Akatsuki have a shot, all of the Akatsuki are powerfull maybe not as the uchiha's, but Nagato could proabably take atleast one of them on and there is still 8 more

Because first of he would not be an edo. If he had not been an edo when he was facing the 5 kage he would have been killed multiple times. And secondly he would not have harashima DNA.
