You're forgetting about Madara's Sharingan abilities U_U
With the Sharingan, Taijutsu and Kenjutsu go into Madara's favor because of the Sharingan's predicting ability. Also, if Madara is Edo, then he won't have to worry about Kisames 1000 Sharks, he will just regenerate. Also, you are forgetting Tsukuyomi and how the heck is Kisame going to counter two meteorites?

Since when is it stated that Amaterasu was chakra? if Amaterasu was chakra, Nagato would have absorbed with the Preta Path instead of repelling it with Shinra Tensei, and the meteorites still stand.
