Jutsu are the skills/techniques that a ninja will use when battling an enemy to use a jutsu the ninja must release his chakra and perform the necessary hand seals to manifest the technique the user is attempting to perform.

Fire is weak against water but strong against wind
wind is strong against lightning but weak against fire
water is strong against fire but weak against earth
earth is strong against water but weak against lightning
lightning is strong against earth but weak against wind

I think you want to see if I'm any good with the techniques your going to try and teach me and will want to know if I have gotten any better while you were on your extended vacation

I sit down in a meditation position and start channeling my fire chakra (which is extremely easy since I'm surrounded by a ton of fire ._.)
