Ishhh, i don't even know. Quite a hard one. We don't really know the full powers of Anko or Kurenai. But because of the healing capabilities of Sakura and Tsunade i'm going with Konoha Ladies.

Hinata has the best taijutsu style in the manga. So she could block chakra, Ino could either serve as a healer or use poisons, flower bombs and mind transfer jutsus, Sakura....we haven't seen her solo anyone so..... idk . Tenten dies unless she hides and supplies everyone else with weapons >_>. Kurenai is a genjutsu specialist so I can see her taking out some people. Tsunade I doubt with two other medical ninja on the team she'll hang back to heal so she'll probably destroy someone with her punches. (The main problem is that we haven't seen them all at work) but I give it to the ladies, yes Kisame is strong but what answer does he have to Kurenai or Hinata? Zabuza would get eaten by Tsunade or Kurenai

Actually we don't know if Hinata can close chakra points, but she could for all we know. She could substitute gentle fist for her twin lions attack if she wanted to.

If Kisame went all out, he would probably solo Ino, Tenten and Hinata without losing any of his chakra. Zabuza would take out Sakura while others fight Tsunade, Anko and Kurenai. At the end, only three ladies remain. Even though they are very powerful kunoichi, they could not stand their ground for a long time. This one goes to the Swordsmen. Mainly because of Kisame. If he would not be there, ladies would prevail.
