now i know kishi didn't do this cuz of plot reasons but the last time naruto and sasuke clashed they went head to head rasengan vs chidori. but at this time naruto learned how to do a rasenshuriken. which means at this point he could've made a wind style: rasengan. if they clashed with the WS rasengan vs chidori wouldn't naruto have won that fight? (and also i know zetsu and tobi were both there but i think kakashi at that point could've given them a run for their money who knows we could've been having the tobi/naruto boss fight about 100 chapters earlier)

If couldv'e ended pretty much whenever it wanted to. For example, if they killed Kurama when he was attacking the Leaf Village when Naruto was just born, Tobi wouldn't have his whole plan since the Nine Tail would have been gone. Too many If's in Naruto and pretty much everything else.

You forget that Naruto also has to find an answer for world peace

naruto WILL not seriously fight sasuke in a state like that... hhe was beaten up and had no chakra...
I don't think they will both
1) seriously fight each other when one is really weakened
2) let others intervene in their fight
Same with madara and hashirama, As cuntish as madara is he doesnt look like the fight to try killing a weakened hashirama

lawl yea, he hadd no intention on fighting there and then, he started talking in future tense and telling him next time they meet bla bla bla
it wouldnt be a fair fight, and if the fought seriously , in sasuke's blind state with no chakra for susanno , he'd be able to beat him before the poison kicked in
kish want to make some money and he also want to reveal the whole truth behind the story and sort out puzzle pieces. that is why this manga is still ongoing. also if that battle would have occured naruto would die and sasuke would win and kakashi would get killed and sakura would hang herself. so the story would have ended with the moom plan a sucess
