I thought it was funny when Itachi said it the first time. It seems like Itachi is developing a sense of humor. But when they kept repeating it, it seemed kinda idiotic.

Sasuke loves being called Dr. Snakes, when Itachi first calls him it he's all like "Yea, that's cuz I was all researching snakes in order to beat Orochimaru and stuff"

I thought Sasuke was some cold-blooded killer but apparently as soon as he met edo Itachi he reverted to his 8 year old self. At this point I feel Itachi really does have a chance to turn Sasuke good again, hell we can call him Dr. Snakes now and he doesn't even get pissed.
