something I want to tell you

in the predictions everyone says that after returning from the mountain naruto will become hokage! but to my mind it;s still early for him to do that.people dont become hokages only for being a kickass ninja.there are many papers to read and analize..many missions to be managed...lot'f of problems to be fixed.I dont think naruto is that kind of guy to sit in an armchear and read some papers.he is hyperactive.his vocation is going on missions and kick everybodies asses.he wanted to become hokage for one reason: he wanted everyone to acknowledge him and he IS already acknowledged be everyone.he is already strongest among konoha and doesnot need to proove anything to anyone....so I think at the last moment he will refuse to become hokage and will prefere a path of a mier shinobi who destroyes everyone that crosses his path...
and also...I think shikamaru is a perfect match to be hokage!

I think that Naruto will become Hokage in the manner that his father, the 4th, became Hokage... when there is a huge battle going on... and he is the best to represent the Leaf Village, and to fight in place of the Hokage at that time, who would be too weak to fight...

yeah he may become hokage cuz of his father....but that doesnt mean the naruto eps/manga will finish....kishi could make somethin like villagers get mad on naruto of a stupid mistake nd dont want him as hokage....he leaves the village....somethin happens there and so and so.....

TBH if tsunade and kakashi die, name me one ninja we know of who could beat him in a fight.

Considering very powerful shinobi may die in pains invasion (and sasukes) and akatsuki in general, naruto may indeed be the next hokage.

Do remember jiraiya was considered, and naruto right now is a miniature jiraiya, im not saying naruto is hokage level, im simply suggesting fatalities in konoha are so great the most powerful ninja is naruto-but compared to 1st-5th hes still not hokage LEVEL.

He doesn't have to be smart to be hokage, he has advisors for that, also he does the same thing everytime, if someone needs help, he helps them, if theyre an enemy, he attacks, hes always done that and always will lol

I agree, if he becomes the Hokage it will be far in the future, or because he saves the village from a huge disaster while showing wisdom.

But Naruto finds it easy to get to know people, he doesn't know more because he's always kept as a trophy not to be handed over to the enemy. If it weren't for Tsunade, he would have never gone to any mission, the elders (and Danzou) are always trying to hide him from the rest of the world.

Naruto may wish to do real Hokage stuff when he is grown up, maybe past his prime.

What may prevent Naruto from becoming Hokage or cause him to be despised in case he becomes one is Sasuke. He will not have the heart to kill him in case that is necessary. And if he can't bring Sasuke back, will he consider he has the right to be appointed Hokage? :naruto:

There are plenty of experienced Shinobi in Konoha, without having killing intent its quite possible that he could lose to them since it would be a spar. Experience is a big thing, and Naruto is still young and reckless to an extent. I believe its an eventuality that he will become Hokage, but I don't think it will be soon.

Though Naruto and Sakura teamed up together were unable to beat Kakashi without using that trick about the book. Pure power probably wouldn't help Naruto against Kakashi's enormous amount of experience.
