First learn the handseals...then gather in your chakra and start to perform the handseals. Release your water chakra in front of you and mold it to make water appear from the moisture in the air. As it appears shape it into a snake and then make it crash down on your opponent.

*I build up suiton chakra and perform the hand seals Monkey → Rat → Tiger → Dragon → Horse → Dragon. I then summon a great deal of water and shape it into the shape of a snake. I make the jutsu face your clone and it descends upon him with its jaws gaping wide and swallowing him up. It continues to crash its body into the ground and turns into a river.*

How to perform: The user makes a sequence of 6 hand seals and summon a large amount of water. They then mold the chakra into a snake and command it to swallow the opponent
How to defend: This jutsu can clash with a concentrated lighting bolt to cancel both jutsu.
When I'd use: I'd use this on an immobile opponent, perhaps one caught under a paralyzing genjutsu that lasts long enough to perform the snake jutsu.

*I go to the lake and raise 3 large spheres of water. I use my chakra to mold each one into a large shark. When the sharks are form I dart them at your clone. They crash into him one at a time. He has time to flex is pecs once more before he poofs.

How to perform: The user takes a large amount of water from a water source and quickly forms the water into 3 large sharks which can fly at an opponent.
How to defend: Can be counters by using a flying rock jutsu to smash into the sharks.
How I would use: I would use this jutsu if I had multiple opponents forcing them both have to defend while i send a follow-up attack.

*I gather water from the lake and spill it under and around your clone trapping him in a sphere of water. Since I dont need to stay in contact with the sphere I decide to have some fun. I control the sphere to bounce up and down a few time and them let it fall before his drowns.*

How to use: The user gathers water from a sources and quickly wraps their opponent in a sphere of water.
How to defend: While it is best not to get caught at all, if I get caught though maybe I can use stone spikes at a low height to pierce the bubble enough? I dont know actually.
How I'd use: I'd use this as my main attack why the opponent is distracted.

How should I defend against the previous jutsu though?

*I build up suiton chakra and compress it until it feels like it will burst. I then take a deep breath and release a strong jet of water from my mouth as I exhale and hit your clone in the pretty face.*

How to use: The user builds up suiton chakra in the body and changes it to water and shoots it from their mouth.
How to defend: A fire jutsu of one higher rank can clash with with jutsu and dispel both jutsu.
When I'd use: I'd use this jutsu as a direct attack when the opponent is of balance, immobile, in the air, etc.

Can't lie idk how this jutsu works, or rather where the water comes from but I'll try.

*I change my chakra nature to suiton and gather the nearby clouds and condense them together to create a mass of water. I raise the water high enough for strong impact, but not so high that it is easily avoidable by the opponent.*

How to use: Eh...the user "summons" a large amount of water which im not sure that means. They hover the water above the opponent and drop it on them
How to defend: Hiding like a mole technique, and dig far enough to avoid the crushing water
How I'd use: If I were to use this technique I'd probably drop the water and use earth spikes as its falling making an air and ground attack at the same time

*I skip over to the lake and cannon ball in (yes with my clothes on)! I release the suiton chakra from my and completely coat myself with it. I concentrate the chakra around me, making it like water while still staying around my body and camouflaging me in the lake. I sit still and wait for my prince to pick me up! If he can find me that is...hehe.*

How to use: The user gets into a water source and uses their chakra around their body to mimic the water and hide themselves.
How to defend: A doujutsu user can see through the jutsu, but someone else can blow-up random water sources if they want to find you that bad.
How I'd use: I'd use this as a means to hide from someone who is just to strong for me and plan my tactical retreat.

*I concentrate chakra at my feet and build up suiton chakra throughout my entire body and make the Snake hand seal as I continue to do so. When I feel that my body is full I release the chakra as water from my mouth and spill it onto the ground. I continue to release it as I keep building up suiton chakra to keep the flow going. I increase the speed of the flow and use the water that I'm expelling to strike your clone. Cough cough!*

How to use: The user builds up suiton chakra and makes the snake hand seal. They then release a giant amount of water that sufficiently drains their chakra.
How to defend: Learn to swim. Or maybe banquet of light up the path of the flow and shock the user.
When I'd use: I am a water shock wave spammer so this is my kind of jutsu. Id use this to create a water source for battle and to move me out of the way of oncoming attacks.

How I would use: I would use this to attack an opponent while I am sufficiently protected, or I guess while I'm riding a wave. That'd be cool.

I send the wave crashing ahead of me like a tsunami soaking nearly the entire area and tearing up a good bit of the plant life.*

How to perform: The user performs a sequence of 18 hand seals and lifts a large amount of water from a plentiful water source and has it crash into the terrain/opponent as a wave.
How to defend: The best way to defend from this attack is to barricade oneself in a very strong protective earth jutsu or get out of the way with a suitable wind jutsu.
When I'd use: If I had time for the seals I'd use this in a nearly desperate situation to change the terrain to give myself the advantage.
