Any chakra that comes into contact with this rain will be eaten and reduces the power of the techniques by -10 damage. This technique lasts three turns.
Note: Can only be used by biographies from the Hidden Mist.

This is just like the rain jutsu but requires more chakra as it slowly destroys opponents chakra...

This is like an exam!

1) *I create a water clone and just as she's trying to show off for you I disperse her back to water. As the water falls I manipulate the remaining chakra within the water to shape the water into sharp cones and shoot them at your clone.*

How to perform: The user makes a water clone then reverts it to its water form. They then form the water into sharp projectiles to attack the opponent.
How to defend: You can use the wall of earth technique to prevent the projectiles from harming you and to hide from the opponent.
How I'd use: I'd use this when my clone was in danger of being harmed. I could disperse her and have 1 projectile take the brunt on the attack and have the others continue onward.

2)*I make the three required hand seals as I send my chakra into the clouds and rain begins to fall. As the rain falls on your clone it drains his chakra little by little. Overtime he weakens and looks tired signaling that the rain jutsu is taking effect.*

How to perform: the user makes 3 hand seals and makes a rain which is like acid to the opponent's chakra.
How to defend: Use a wind technique to blow the clouds away
How I'd use: I'd use this on a high ranking opponent to weaken the strength of their high ranking jutsu that i may not be able to counter otherwise.

3)*I dash at your clone and punch him in the face then in the gut. I then kick him in the face straight up into the air. I then quickly release suiton chakra into my hand and swing my hand as I change the chakra into a sharp blade of water which slices into the gut of your clone.*

How to perform: The user performs a short tai combo that send the opponent into the air. They then make a sickle of water to cut the opponent as theyre falling.
How to defend: When they go to make the first punch depending on the height you can counter easily with another taijutsu technique. For the combo I used a Leaf Gale would work.

This jutsu is pretty cool even if it's a bit unrealistic to think it could be completed

*I send chakra into the ground and as it travels to your clone I change it to water and force it up beneath him as a pillar that sky rockets him into the air. For my follow up attack I blow......a kiss!*

How to perform: The user uses their chakra to create a forceful pillar of water that shoots up beneath the opponent sending them into the air, but causing no actual damage.
How to defend: Since it does no damage you can use it to your advantage when you are put into the air. But an earth shield below you could defend.
How I'd use: I'd use it on myself to avoid attacks.

How to defend: since the water has to build up, the user has time to make an earth barrier before their chakra is burned away.
How I'd use: I'd use this to let the opponent think it is the traditional rain for sensing and let it slowing tick their chakra away.

Now release your chakra unto the lake and quickly mold it and turn it into a giant beast. keep a constant connection with it as you can control it and make it launch B rank streams from its mouth.

*I build up suiton chakra and perform the Dog → Horse → Monkey → Ram hand seal sequence. And form a huge wolf made from water The wolf then sprays water at the clone and swipes at him with his cutie paws for good measure, do you even read this.*

How to use: the user makes a 4 hand seal sequence then creates a large wolf beast from water that can either spray water to attack with its paws.
How to defend:Run!!! And then make an earth wall to block vision. the wolf will then probably swipe the wall but you can disappear underground or shoot yourself into the air.
How I'd use: I'd use this technique to have something attack while I hide underneath it and remain protected.
