Sasuke vs Kakuzu

Could go either way. It would depend on whether Sasuke uses Amaterasu straight off the bat or if Kakuzu is allowed time for his hearts to separate. With his unique body, most of Sasuke's techniques will prove pointless in physically injuring him and being able to keep up massive elemental attacks will wear Sasuke out as long as Kakuzu is smart enough to have them attack from different directions. And since the hearts don't appear to have eyes or a brain, genjutsu would end up being worthless.

On the otherhand though, if Sasuke really focuses and attempts to cut down as many hearts as he can with his Chidori blade while he can maintain Susanoo, he could even the odds enough to give himself a better chance with ending things with Amaterasu before he gets worn out too much.

Sauske has one of the ultimate offenses, in amateratsu and his susanoo arrows aand plenty of defense, in his susanoo, plus the sharningan for genjutsu and movement reading het would dominate Kakazu he proved against shee and darui he can handle water and lightning manipulations, plus rock being weak against lightning all he has to "worry" about is fire and wind...done and done. Kakuza can release the five heart from his original body changing his numbers from one to five.So Kakuzu wouldn't have to dodge kirin.Kirin is a one shot jutsu that from what we have seen,and it can only hit one target.Furthermore, Kirin takes a lot of time to prepare and it leaves Sasuke without chakra;meaning once Sasuke uses kirin, if he can use it, it makes him a sitting duck with no chakra and no way to continue fighting.Kakuzu on the otherhand would still have four more times to killed Sasuke which would be a cake walk seeing as Sasuke has no chakra left.

Would like to reconsider that statement?I would believe if you are sucking out someone's chakra, than you are gaining chakra.The same way Zetsu's clone suck out the Mizukage chakra and gave it to Sasuke during the five kage summit or when Tsunade healed Gaara and Onoki for their battle against Madara.If Sasuke chakra wasn't restored by Karin's Heal Bite ability, then how was he still in the battle after using up so much chakra?

One Amaterasu is enough for Kakuzu. Hearts can revive him as long as they have body they can return to, that wont be the case when Kakuzus body will be turned to ash.

You didn't discredit anything I said or anything shown in the manga.You just stated an opinion, a baseless one.When Tobi asked Karin to revive Sasuke, how exactly did Sasuke have any chakra to fight Danzo, if his chakra wasn't restored after battling the kages?How did Gaara and Onoki have chakra to fight Madara,right after wasting so much chakra on Muu and the 2nd Mizukage.Again, the manga doesn't support your claim.Unless you have something to support your claim, you are wrong.

3: Sasuke's Kirin takes time and chakra to create and even then doesn't cut into the target at a cellular level,so would not get all the hearts.
4: Sasuke could only keep MS activated for a while and then would have very little to fall back on.
5: Kakazu can fire multiple elements and mixed together from various directions all at once.
6: Sasuke would be pressured to use his best moves right away and would be left with no chakra.

Sasuke only has a small chance if he knows about the hearts from the start and also if he has 100% info on Kakazu.

Zetsu restored his chakra shortly before Madara saved his ass. Going by your logic Tsunade should have unlimited chakra while using Genesis Rebirth technique.
