Sakura is SO selfish!

If you haven't forgotten Sasuke told her and Naruto he severed his bond with them and no long care for them right before he tried to kill them. Would you really want to be with someoe who tried to kill you? Sasuke is Sakura's first love and would always be her first love but she's actually wising up and trying to move on. Sasuke is a S class criminal who joined Akatsuki, she knows she can't have a future with him now because she too would become a criminal for aiding him and she saw how Sasuke didn't care to kill his own comrade (Karin) at the sign f weakness/uselessness. Sakura loves Naruto and I'll explain why below.

And yet even though Sasuke told Naruto he had severed his bond with him, he still hasn't killed him. If he had really wanted to, he would have killed Naruto. He had those opportunities every time they met, but instead of that, he talks to him and when he attacks, it isn't a killing move. If you ask me, Sasuke is hesitant to kill Naruto for some reason.
With Sakura however, it's true that he severed his bond with her - that was obvious in the chapter he attacked her before Naruto rescued her.
And like I stated in my post - if I consider someone my best friend, I would never give up on them - because I know how they really are. And you can't say that Sasuke doesn't have good reasons to hold a grudge against the Council of Konoha. That's why Naruto is in my opinion a fantastic character - he still supports Sasuke because he considers him as his best friend and because he still remembers the boy Sasuke was before he got the curse mark.
I'm sorry but I still stand by my opinion of Sakura: she's not weak, indeed, she can hold her own in a battle, but the way she handles Naruto, her feelings and Sasuke ... Sorry, but that's something I very dislike in her character. She may love Naruto - who knows, maybe it's true - but if I was Naruto, I would always be left wondering if she really loves me, or if some part is still reserved for Sasuke. And he would be right in wondering about that, considering how she acted around Sasuke for years and how she treated him first.
Now, if you like Sakura, that's fine with me - we all have characters we like more than others, but I don't like her and will never like her, whatever she will do in the future *shrugs*

^^^ This is where Yamato tells Sakura she loves Naruto, read it and you can tell what he was going to say. "the strength of the feelings you have for Naruto.... I can tell by looking at you... In reality you ....". In the first chapter Sakura was blushing when she saw Naruto. She talks about not being able to help him all of the time. She has the temper like Kushina (Kushina told Naruto to finda girl like her and Hinata isn't even close). In the confession Sakura talks about how Sasuke only hurts her but Naruto was always there for her (manga fact). Only thing I can see Sakura lie about was her feeling for Sasuke, he was her first love and she would always love him but she also knows he isn't the same guy she fell for. Sasuke clearly stated he severed his bond with them and even tried to kill them, who would want to be with him? Not Ino or Sakura.

Okay so she loves Naruto big whoop you still haven't given any reason to prove why her love for sasuke<her love for naruto. She loves two people at the same time and the question is who does she love more? The last part of your post makes it as if Sakura bases all her decisions on logic when in fact her emotions have no logical backing to them whatsoever. Really? Kiba, Lee and Sai had no idea that Sakura was going to do that and she only lied on the Sasuke part and I'll explain at the bottom.Most people want to ignore all the obvious signs Sai, Yamato, and even Sakura herself throw out there because IF Sakura didn't love Naruto back, that'd make it all the easier for them to assume he's going to get with Hinata.. A character he spends no leisure time with. :shrug:

Well, people generally tend to want to be with someone they spend a lot of time with over someone they barely know..
And that isn't the only reason. I said before that guys want to date someone they feel they've earned a date with, not someone who is throwing themselves at them and following them all over the place.. No one likes a stalker..

It'll make for a stronger relationship to know that she loves him completely when all is said and done. After all he's done for her before and after he saved her from Sasuke, I'm sure he can tell she is getting over the guy and transitioning to him.

I agree but Sakura still likes Sasuke more than Naruto, Naruto may end up like J-man. Sasuke if he turns good may hit that.

I think his leaving was for her to see past his exterior and realize he wasn't all she pegged him up to be.. While Naruto has stayed true to her all this time.

I never said she was completely over him. I'm just saying that it is shown that she is also falling for Naruto. She's probably more in his favor than Sasuke's at this point as he saved her while Sasuke made two attempts at her life.

if it was a simple crush then she would have gotten over it if she hadn't seen Sasuke in two years. If it was just a crush Sakura and Naruto would be together.

Then the question still is: is she really over him or is she just lying to herself? She can try to convince herself that she's over Sasuke, but who knows if that's true? It wouldn't be the first time that humans lied to themselves.
And personally if Kishimoto-sensei lets Naruto end up with Sakura, I would be very disappointed. He deserves someone who goes for him with her whole being (or his LOL) not getting picked as second choice because the first one left and she only realized he was always there for her after a few years -_-
