When did Oro have Madara? 1st + 2nd Hokages have been sealed, thus not available, and Kabuto has surpassed Oro's edo tensei saying he has almost perfected it. Kabuto takes the win.

plz refrain from replying to nonsense, he clearly stated both were in their prime smart guy, so Oro has them both back in his possession. Also, I came to that conclusion as Oro and Kabuto (more so Oro) worked on Madara for his current condition, Oro just didnt use him. Oro did perfect it, Kabuto stated how he (mastered it) by simply allowing his Edo to be conscious as he used them, unlike Oro who completely controlled his.

the "assumption" i made was that Madara could be used by either of them, which is more than reasonable. Therefore, I simply excluded him. Also you mentioned more than those three, dont front.

No, it's not, we never had any info that Oro ever worked on Madara, so we cannot assume Oro can use Madara, simple as that.

Both Oro and Kabuto constructed many ideas together and to think a man who had such hypothesis, the 1st DNA and obsessed with uchiha never had the DNA of the most powerful Uchiha of them all is ridiculous. Madara was dead long ago, so for Oro to not have gotten his DNA is absurd IMO. Now, for Kabuto to suddenly obtain the body and implant the 1st DNA on his own, after years of search by Oro is a troll plot.

i guess one could call this assumption, but i think its fact. Overall, i understand where you're coming from and could agree, but i think this is reasonable.

Of course it's not against all odds. Almost no fight between high level shinobi are "against all odds" a winner is simply the one who would win the majority of these encounters, in this case; Kabuto.
