Something I've always wondered about Naruto and Sasuke...

Who raised them exactly?

Sasuke obviously lived with his family til he was like 7... But what about after that?

And Naruto... His parents were killed when he was a newborn so I was just curious as to who raised him...

I'm pretty sure for Naruto; Hiruzen, Ikura, Jiraiya and Kakashi did most of the raising.
For Sasuke, probably to whole village maybe like a welfare kind of thing

Well seeing as he had never met Jiraiya or Kakashi before part1 that makes that theory kind of difficult.

As for Sasuke, he was like 7 when the Uchiha were killed, he was old enough to do most stuff on his own, and I'm sure Konoha gave him money or he received all the money that the dead Uchiha had as he was the last living relative.

As for guiding them like a parent would, neither had anyone.

I've wondered about this. I don't think Jirayia raised Naruto, at least not from baby up until their training. I don't really think the series has anything in it about that kind stuff, kind of like the cartoons they have where you NEVER see the parent. Your not suppose to notice it.

I think the third hokage looked after Naruto in a way. Same with Sasuke.

Sasuke lived on his own after the slaughter and probably used the money that was left to him by all the Uchihas and Naruto, well, he got his own apartment, but I suppose the Third Hokage sometimes visited him and maybe he was put in an orphanage for a while? *shrugs*
He didn't know Kakashi or Jiraiya when he was a kid and Iruka only bought him ramen once in a while I think.
Well, that's what I think at least. I can't remember if it has been explicitly said in the manga or not. The only things I'm sure of is that they both lived on their own and took care of themselves
