3rd Raikage vs 3rd Hokage

Who's stronger, the 3rd Raikage, or 3rd Hokage? The 3rd was titled to be the strongest of the 5 kages, then again, The 3rd fought 10,000 shinobi for 3 days and nights. IMO The 3rd is stronger (by a tiny bit), but who do you think is stronger?

assuming both are in their primes.

I think The shuriken did hurt but he's an Edo so he recovered. RasenShuriken dosn't seal. Although the 3rd Raikage is BadAss.
