Tobirama has Almost Zero Hype and Feats.
Yet People are Saying He can Beat Characters on Minato/Itachi/EMS sasuke's Level With nothing to back it up.

i've seen a few Tobirama Vs threads and No on has Yet to Give me Any Solid reason why Tobirama wins his Vs threads. All they Say is Edo tensei/Water/S/T Jutsu >> (incert name here), Also they claim he is in the Top10.

From what we know, He has an incomplete Edo tensei, Even more inferior to Oro's.
He is the best Water Jutsu user (his Old Solid Feat), Yet i'm Sure Kisame could Give him a run for his money in that Area. (since we have seen Kisame Create Huge bodies of Water from No where, Take his Fight with Gai and Bee for example)
And he has an Unknown S/T Jutsu, That people are Putting On Minato's FTG Level without even knowing what it is or if it has any requirements to used it.

His old solid feat is more than enough to contend with kisame IMO, they can both pretty much create bodies of water from nothing. But what i'm saying is he was the 2nd hokage for more than a reason than being hashi's brother. We will just have to wait for his development and then we can see how he can compare to others in "top 10".

Being able to sense the presence of other ninja just from touching the ground, so he's a master sensor also and battled long enough with elite shinobi to let his team get away in the 1st world war. What more do you want that says he can't compare to the top shinobi? But patience will show us the true story of his background i guess.

Minato Also Has shown to be Able to Sense his surrounding by Putting his Finger on the Ground.

All i'm Saying is we need more Info for him even to get in the Top10. Not Just Jumping the gun without Solid Proof.
