Tsunade now (in the manga) was stuck by susanoo sword of Madara-Edo. But, somehow, i believe that plot-no-jutsu will bring her back soon or at least to escape from the susanoo sword.

according to her rule, medical ninja should die last and cant offend EXCEPT she/he has mastered so-what-called Byakugou, mitotic regeneration jutsu.
i predict this jutsu will be an opening for plot-no-jutsu trigger.

after seeing the manga this week, it seems like my prediction is coming true..... PLOT NO JUTSU!
