As he is flying in the air, i concentrate my suiton chakra in my left palm and as he reaches the arc of his flight i swing my left hand down in a swinging motion as i gather water vapour in the air around my hand and cause my hand to slash him with a trail of wter*

This is a pillar, not a spike. It's used as a distraction or other supplimentary uses; it's not ment to hurt, so I want to be able to walk away from this.
*I gather my suiton chakra in to the earth beneath me. I then manipulate my chakra to gather right under you. I then condense the moiusture in the ground in one area. I then manipulate my chakra to rise up in the form of a pillar which apears out of the ground under your feet and lifting you up in to the air (not too high)*

*Gets in to a decent stance. I then focus my suiton chakra in to my right hand, which is my dominant hand. As I'm gather more and more chakra, I condense the moisture in the air around my hand. I then manipulate the moisture to form a spiral of condensed water in my right hand. I then create a pressure at the back of the spiral and closest to my palm. I then feel the build up of pressure and I am, and release it at a neighboring tree*

When Im finally done, i focus my suiton chakra in to the water source to my right, I then manipulate my water chakra in to the shape of a dragon's head as I mentally picture it vividly. I then manipulate my chakra furthur to cause a dragon's head to rise out of the water and then make it charge at you and causing it to crash in front of you spraying you with water*

I then manipulate the sphere to have whips formed as branches to the sphere. I then cause the whips to break of the sphere and lash about and then cause them to converge next to you*
