edo madara wins. he has the wood to suppress the 9-tails chakra, the rinnegan to block and absorb naruto's attacks and susano'o. madara has a counter for almost every attack naruto has. naruto also doesn' have any sealing jutsus.
Naruto, Kyuubi will probably help him with sealing techs, and all Naruto got to do is evade Meteor Spamlet, set up TBB/TBR, hit Madara, and sneak in for the seal.
But he used it, real world or not, in his fight against Kurama he used jutsus he uses in the real world, so you can't say he can't use the seal in the real world just because he didn't use it there, by that logic I'll say Madara can't use Shinra Tensei because he wasn't shown using it in the Manga.

Naruto could make SM clones while he's in BM while Madara has his own set of wood clones which could each be using different techniques. Preta Path counters BM while SM counters Preta Path.
It would be a pretty hard battle since he could make the Wood Clones use Preta Path while he does something else. Anything. Naruto's SM chakra would be turning that Madara clone to a stone toad. While SM Naruto clone does that, BM Naruto could be preparing A Bijuu Dama. I don't know if Madara's Preta Path could suck it up faster if he gets alot of clones to use Preta Path on the Bijuu Dama, decreasing the time it would take to absorb it.
While this happens, Naruto could also be preparing another attack with other clones. If Madara gets mixed within the rest of his clones and scatters, it will be a problem for Naruto to find him while Madara's clones attempt to kill him. Same thing goes for Madara. Naruto could also spread and get in the crowd to make Madara have trouble finding him while the clones bombard him. Unless Madara could use Shinra Tensei. Then he would push all the clones away. But then, his Deva Path won't work for a certain amount of time which could give Naruto an advantage.
I honestly give this a 50% chance for both to win. Maybe slightly towards Madara. Unless Madara chooses to commit suicide by using Bansho Tennin on another meteor. If he isn't an Edo.
Madara wasn't shown using Shinra Tensei in the Manga, Nagato was a Rinnegan master so don't compare anyone who has the Rinnegan to him, but lets say he uses it, he will just cause it to explode, if he had Susanoo activated then he will be pushed back by the wide scale explosion and his Susanoo will be destroyed, and he will be in a weakened state, so Naruto will just come behind him and seal him with the Rikuudo seal.

So this easily means that Madara can use his Rinnegan possibly even better then Nagato and possibly on a far stronger scale. You need to realize something that Kabuto said. Notice how excited Kabuto was when he seen that Madara had the Rinnegan. He said something very important. Which would confuse because he had possession of Nagato through Edo and his Rinnegan techs. You see the difference in his reaction with him using Nagato and him actually watching Madara use that one meteor tech. Also we can easily compare Madara and Nagato based off the fact he is using Hashirama's techs as if he has had them for ages. The fact that he made that statement after the meteor did its damage is a well given that Madara has used these Rinnegan abilities before. As if that wasn't bad enough, Madara has Izanagi and a complete one at that.

Agreed speed makes a huge difference just look at lee, gai and minato without their speed they would only be like half their power / reputation; all naruto needs is a good seal tag xd

I don't understand what you mean by "abilities" Madara has access to all the abilities since he has the Rinnegan. If Nagato has them then Madara def has them as well since his Rinnegan is natural. Odds are that Nagato's Rinnegan is Madara's transplanted eyes.

Madara wins this mid difficulty. Naruto may have all the speed in the world but that doesn't mean anything when Madara can't die. Naruto has shown no sealing techs capable of sealing Madara or any endo at that. Madaras clones counter Narutos clones and his are even better due to the fact that unless you have the sharingann you can't tell which one is the real one. All of his techs are to much for naruto raw power is no match for skill experience and strategy.

But what I ment by that is if naruto uses SM Madara can use mukton clones to absorb the senju chakra, there just clones who cares if they turn ino statues there clones. But regardless I don't see sage mode doing much against Madara. He has a better chance of going BM keeping his distance and shooting tbb but even that wont do anything since he is an endo he just keep comming back. Naruto is far to inexperienced to face Madara aka basegod of naruto. He's pretty much the 2nd sage of 6 paths.

Naruto has never been shown sealing anything, except for fiddling with his own seal. IF is not the question. Manipulating the seal inside of him is completely different from sealing others.
