I would have to say that it would be pretty close. Madara was one of the only ones in history able to go toe to toe with the 1st Hokage and he has the rinnegan. Naruto, however, defeated Pein who also had the rinnegan and has mastered the abilities of the Kyuubi like no other. Again this would be a close match, but in the end I think Naruto would win.

He instantly sucked up all the chakara the 8tails gave him and forced him out of the beast form. Naurto cannot win in that mode. It will just feed Madara too much power.
