Asfar we know naruto doesnt have any sealing techs,and since edos cant be killed madara has this.Even kuramas chakra runs eventually out.
Non Edo Madara Vs Naruto would be on the other hand a tough one,could go anyway

I agree. For one thing, tailed beasts have massive amounts of chakra so a different seal is needed to keep them at bay then an edo tensei person. And second, edo tensei people still know all of their jutsu, so you have make sure you don't get hit, hold the person down, and then seal them. Tailed Beasts are so huge that you just have to make sure you have the correct sequence of hand seals correct and hit them. Not a very good explanation, best i could come up with at the moment.

This and the fact that Kurama was inside naruto whereas madara is in the real world.We dont even know if that seal would work outside narutos head.

This is what happens when you use beast chakara vs a Rinnegan user.

His BM won't work on him since he is covered in chakara.

Also it appears they can put up some type of chakara draining barriers/shields as well.

He can't win in that mode because even though he is strong as hell and super fast the fact that Preta Path is beyond OP it will just drain the hell out of everything he can do.
