as your sections begin to from around me, i turn the ground around me into fine sand and go into the sand and dig through it, as the the multiple sections then turn into two regular sections which crush any thing in between. since i am underground and you created it so you have no vision of me or vice versa.... you have no way of telling what so ever(unless you are magic)

I was asked to post my opinion on the validity of this move. If Gekko is forming the dome as Gaara is performing the hand seals that would go through and there would be a dome coming down upon Gaara. That dome will not crush him it will just surround him leaving him under a dome. However Gekko wouldn't have time to use the dome and Projection Fish himself into the ground deep enough to avoid the Lightning, therefore he would be shocked. Due to being shocked he wouldn't be able to maintain his chakra flow to stay fused with the earth meaning his body would reform and his lower body would basically be crushed. So simply put, Gekko is crushed for however much of his body he says is underground at the point he is shocked and Gaara is trapped under a dome.
