Bleach 484: Why Ichigo's Bankai wasn't stopped

zangetsu is a part of ichigos spirit. if he died he wouldnt be shinigami again and couldnt bankai (he needs his swords/soul name)

else every human could become shinigami.

incase you forgot ichigo can also use the hollows powers to shikai and bankai as seen in the zanpokto arc, he doesnt need zangetsu for his powers, when zangetsu was with muramasa against ichigo

So we all saw how ichigo didn't loose his bankai / shinigami powers from the evil guy with a mask. remember how ichigo lost his powers from using the "final Getsuga Tenshō" and his zanpakto "spirit" died? (maybe? i can't remember how that part happened, but he lost his powers one way or another...) :shrug:

so if his zanpakto spirit did die from the final getsuga tensho, then that is what makes his powers different and possibly un-steal/seal-able...

what do u guys think?

the hollow inside him, as seen in the zanpakto arc, ichigo uses the hollow to defeat zangetsu who was being controlled by muramasa

Zangetsu is not dead.

If he was gone than Ichigo would no longer be a Shinigami. It's that simple

I agree with NLee, but what about Ichigo's Fullbring powers? I mean, they changed how Zangetsu and his Shahuksho(spelling)looked. Maybe that helped Ichigo against Ivan's power. Just a thought though.
