No body cares about clan rankings + the uzumaki arnt even that good and this isnt fanboy opinion, the only way I see them winning this is if Jiraiya enters sage mode but Sasuke wont let that happen.

I'd give it to Jman and Tsunade. Jiraiya's powers are heightened exponentially when he uses SM. With Tsunade's Mitotic Regeneration, she can put herself in more danger and have a lot of power. Sasuke's Susanoo wouldn't be able to deal with it.

Sasuke wins this J-man has no answer for amateratsu. No attack that they have can get through full susano. Sasuke can go after them at the same time now that he can shoot multiple amateratsu at different directions at the same time and a susano arrow to Jman(pre sage mode) may be to fast for him. Once Jman is gone Tsunade is easy pickings.

There isn't a basis for this, but I'm pretty sure that Jiraiya in SM is faster than Kakashi.

No you can't because it takes less than a second for sasuke to go from normal eyes to EMS it take J-man 5 minutes to go from normal to MS 5 minutes is enough time to get someone killed.

I'm sure Tsunade could distract Sasuke long enough for Jiraiya to turn into SM. And base Jiraiya isn't some pushover either.
