the thing is how long can sasuke keep up.... tsunade can heal herself j-man... j-man has sage mode... tsunade has a very very large chakra pool and that forbidden tech.... so she can't die in a battle and EMS on the other hand enhances battle abilities but not chakra so according to me j-man and tsunade will outlast sasuke......

The only ay they stand a chance is if Jman can enter Sage mode quick enough.

No way tsuande can just keep healing j-man and j-man and keep using sage mode and when ever he runs out he can use kage bunshin. When sasuke uses ems susano he can use the summoning jutsu. If sasuke uses gen tsuande can funnel her chakra into j-man and break it so he can go back into sage mode. Sasuke i am afraid has no chance
