Raikage A vs Hiruzen Sarutobi

This is my answer..i really want to see how hiruzen battled in his prime cuz i know he was extremely tough.

Yea i hate when people say he the strongest when he hasnt really fought anybody to be consider the strongest

He was strong enough for Orochimaru, a legendary sannin, to feel the need to summon 3 other hokages(though only 2 being successful) to fight him in his old age. Enma himself stated Hiruzen could have simply killed off Orochimaru if he wanted to 10 years prior to the fight.

There's a very short list of characters powerful enough that could simply just kill Orochimaru whenever they felt like it.

It has nothing to do with whether Oro was heavily involved in the fight. It's the fact that he felt the need to summon 3 Hokages to fight Hiruzen.

Not like it really means anything..Doesn't make the feat any less impressive for Hiruzen. Ninjas in Naruto are considered past their prime by the time they hit their late 30s/early 40s. Just look at the Ino/Shika/Cho father trio. Up until this war they were pretty much irrelevant/weren't going on missions anymore/etc. And they're only in their early 40s.

That is word for word from Narutopedia. And, by the way, knowing is not the same as doing. You can know how to do a technique and never use it in your life.

Prime Hiruzen is certainly > A. However, considering I have not seen Hiruzen fight in his prime I cannot say truthfully what would happen in a 1 vs 1 fight. What I know for sure though is that basing off of hype would lead to Hiruzen defeating A.
