Raikage A vs Hiruzen Sarutobi

I know there is similar threat. Some people wrote that Hiruzen can defeat Raikage.. But how?
If you look to Hiruzen's stats, you can see that he has ninjutsu: 5 (Raikage too), taijutsu: 5 (Raikage too) genjutsu: 5 (But he hasn't any genjutsu), Inteligence 5 (Raikage 3,5-4), speed 3 (Raikage 5), strength 3 (Raikage 5), stamina 3 (Raikage 5) and hand seals 5 (Raikage 2,5 probably).
Sarutobi can't defeat Raikage in my opinion. Although he has taijutsu on 5, but Raikage kill him in first blow. Sarutobi has HS on 5, but raikage will stop him after first seal.
There's no way for Hiruzen.

No, that was never stated. A stated he believed no one could surpass the 4th.

There are no "true reasons". They've never even come close to fighting each other.

All we have to go off of is statements and speculation.

It is stated that only the fourth was faster than A. Hiruzen wins this mid difficulty.

we don't go by stats here we go by the jutsus shown till now.... sarutobi is an experienced man and knowing A's speed he'll keep distance....sarutobi is known for excellent chakra control and perfect energy utilization whereas we can see raikage just rushing towards the opponent , be it , zetsu ,tobi , or sasuke in susano , in which he lost an arm ...... sarutobi will have to be careful bcoz raikage isn't someone to "buy" time from...but i'd still say sarutobi be it prime or old.... reason: hiruzen was considered the strongest kage.. of all villages which includes hidden cloud too.....

Raikage is too fast for Hiruzen.. Hiruzen can do nothing if Raikage use Raiton no Yoroi and his Shunshin..

Yea i hate when people say he the strongest when he hasnt really fought anybody to be consider the strongest
