Byakugan with Jyuuken? Becuase without it Byakugan isnt help much in Taijutsu much.

Byakugan doesn't automatically give you gentle fist, so without it, Sharingan is better. I'd go with 3 tomoe even with gentle fist. Sharingan was able to keep track of kyubi Naruto

i say three tomoe sharingan. if properly trained you can stunned the opponents movements and track high speed movement. also you can already see chakra so a screen of any sort wouldn't work.

Only Sharingan can predicts movements of enemies. Byakugan dont have such ability.

Byakugan in Taijutsu fight only gives you 359º field of vision and allows you to see Tenketsus of your opponent.
