Watch all of Neji's or even Hinata's fights [with their Byakugan activated] In Taijutsu they block everything

well both doujutsu have its own advantage in taijutsu fight

sharingan can predict movement and that ability is pretty much useful in taijutsu battle, since you can read your opponent movement and prepare for the right counter

byakugan can see chakra flow and with jyuken byakugan can completely stop all the chakra flow and disable the opponent from using ninjutsu, not to mention bykaugan have deadly attack with taijutsu move that the sharingan user can't use

it may predict it, but wouldn't be able to dodge it. Hyuuga's finger striking is like 3rd gate Lee. Hyuuga's are close fighters, meaning they're born for close tai fight. Sharingan may predict the movements, but wouldn't be able to defend against it.
