Paralysis is cause by damage to the nervous system.The nervous system consist of cells.Creation Rebirth creates new cells to replace damage ones.So your poison to paralysis theory will not work on Tsunade.

Thats not true. Poisons dont paralyse by destroying nervous cells, but by messing up their working. If what you said was true, then people that were bite by snakes etc. would end up paralyzed to the end of their lives, since nervous cells have almost no ability to regenerate. Thats why you are f**cked up when you damage your spinal cord.
Maybe becuase Tsunade doesnt have chakra shield like Chiyo?

if chiyo dodged it then tsunade can.Sasori low to mid difficulty at best. Tsuande's healing abilities is to regenerate cells/organs from physical attacks. It doesnt produce an antidote for poison
She is extremely slow and i believe gets a 3 or a 3.5/5 for speed in the databook.
If you add the fact that she is a close range fighter with no defence she would struggle with the scorpion form alone due to its many hidden/rigged weapons
He isnt one of very best shinobis, but hes more powerful than Tsunade, thats for sure. Hes eaither first or second second most powerful shinonabi that comes from Sunagakure, and that tells everything.

as iv just mentioned in my last post that new tech that sounds like byakugan is on a cell based level which means even if creation rebirth heals the body and not the cells that miotic regen does. so even if the cells where stuffed so to speak from the paralysis they would be regenerated on the cellular level so she'd be fine
Like I said, paralysis isnt caused by cell damage, so refeneration wouldnt help for that. Tsunade wouldnt die becuase of Sasoris poison, but she still would be paralyzed. In order to get rid of paralysis Tsunade must have antidote, and she cant make one on battlefield.
