What do you know about that? First of all, you don't know Sasuke's current strength. Sure he probably has become alot stronger since last we saw him, but you don't know Jiraiya's full potentional either. As I've written in a previous post, the reason Jiraiya lost was because the enemy exploited Jiraiya's unawareness as he thought he had won the battle. If Jiraiya had all the necessary intel, that would never have happened. All six paths would be dead by his genjutsu. And he probably has alot of other strong techniques like that genjutsu. So you and I will never know Jiraiya's true potentional, thus making this a hard match to call. But based on Jiraiya's experience and the number of battles he has won, not to mention his will of fire, I would bet my money on him anyday.

How would he break Susano'o? Rasengan isn't powerful enough to do that.

In sage mode Jiraiya can make a damn huge and strong rasengan, and since you have never seen it used on Sasuke's susanoo, you can't say it isn't powerful enough. Not to mention he has ALOT of other techniques.
